Community Features

 The neighborhood is designed around a beautiful communal pool in the center of the property, with residences on the north side and condominiums on the south. It’s a delight to stroll to work if you work in one of the nearby commercial buildings in Costa Mesa real estate. You could also stroll to South Coast Plaza (but you wouldn’t want to carry those bags home!!). Maybe go to the movies or shop at Metro Point’s Nordstrom Rack.

The Laurels

If you like a patio house style of living, the condominiums are ideal. The Laurels condos in Costa Mesa are formally known as “The Laurels,” and each unit has a front porch/patio, a two-car garage, and three bedroom floor plans. Each apartment has an upstairs laundry room, ten-foot ceilings below, and high-end features such as granite countertops, recessed lighting, and wood floors. These condos make you feel like you’re in your own home.

Providence Park

The residences here are fantastic; the homes are formally known as “Providence Park,” and the design plans cover 3 to 4 bedrooms, with the smallest being 2200 square feet and the largest being 2800 square feet, all of which are two story floor plans. The houses offer many of the same high-end features as the condominiums, and they also have decent-sized backyards. Dual living rooms and open floor plans are standard in all of the residences. One model includes a downstairs bedroom, while the three-bedroom model has an open loft area that may be used as an office, a playroom for kids, or an upper media room. Some of these models even have amusing extras like a miniature butler’s pantry, which would be found in a much larger home.

Cool Features

Tot Lot- Many of Costa Mesa’s newer neighborhoods have begun to construct Tot Lots as a place for local children to play. The community’s tot lot is located in the back, and many of the kids and parents like socializing there!
